A 50-year-old Benniose woman has met her untimely death after she was allegedly gang-r*ped by four young men who reports say later slaughtered her.
It was learnt that the suspected defilers stormed the house of the mother of five located at Oniyanrin area of Abeokuta, Ogun State through a window.
The woman whose husband works in Ifo, a town also in the state, lived alone in the boys’ quarters of a building.
A source who pleaded anonymity narrated to Vanguard that the gang having gained access into the apartment, engaged the victim in a marathon s*x, before reportedly slaughtering her.
The assailants who fled the scene immediately they completed their evil act alerted no one, as none of the victim’s neighbours was aware while they perpetrated the evil.
The lifeless body of Mama Friday, as she was fondly called in the area, was found on the bed, with bloodstain and pants at the edge of the bed the following morning.
Policemen had since taken the corpse to State Hospital Mortuary,Ijaiye, Abeokuta.
Ogun State Police Command Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi confirmedthe incident, adding that four persons have been arrested, while investigations into her death continues.
