The former World Bank Vice President made the statement in a speech she gave at the University of Nigeria, UNN. DailyPost had made extensive report on back and front allegations between the presidency and Obi.
Dailypost gathered that the Publisher of National Accord newspapers, Tom Chiahemen, who was questioned few days ago by officials of the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related Offences Commission, ICPC, in connection with the advertisements he placed in Nigerian newspapers on behalf of the Education Ministry between August 2006 and 2007, was again quizzed in his office on Friday by officials of the anti-graft agency.
Chiahemen was also asked to report at the ICPC office on Tuesday.
He said he believed the move by the ICPC must be Federal Government’s response to the criticism of the administration of Ezekwesili, and a way to nail the former education Minister who had insisted on a live debate over the matter.
With a horde of media aides and paid agents attacking the pioneer Director General of the Bureau of Public Procurement, President Goodluck Jonathan’s government has yet to provided concrete explanations on her damning allegation.
Ezekwesili in the meantime, is insisting that state officials come out to a live debate to dispute her claims.
