ANY WONDER WHY WE ARE WHERE WE ARE? : Boko Haram Shocker: Chadian President Says Jonathan Allowed Shekau Escape At Dikwa! ... HardTalkNaija

The latest bombshel from the Preseident of Chad has revealed the shocking news that the Nigerian President, Jonathan Godluck, has not been fortright with Nigerians, and had been playing games with the lives of Nigerians in his ghost fight against the notorious Boko Harm
Reuters Report yesterday quoted extensively from interviews granted by the Chadiaam President, Idriss Deby where he revealed that it was  Chad unilaterally that finally decided to take the war to the Boko Haram and NOT President jonahan as he has been claiming. Furthermore, President Darby revealed that rather than seriously confronting the Boko Haram, President Jonathan and his military top brass have actually been stalling the process of decimating Boko Haram at every turn.

As part of his desperate moves to get reelected, Our President Jonathan claimed that after five years of tolerating the Boko Haram that has killed thousands of Nigerian citizens, he finally decided, after postponing the elections for 6 weeks, to defeat Boko Haram and show Nigerians he was not incomptent as many have assumed. This latest bombshell by the Chadian president has exposed this terrible lie by the president for what it is.  The Chadian President’s press conference has now exposed the truth that ‘this real war against the terrorists was decided upon unilaterally by Deby in reaction to Boko Haram obstructing Chad’s trade routes with Nigeria and the economy of the landlocked nation’.
The following are direct exerpts from the reuters report:
“Officials from Chad, Niger and Cameroon say lack of cooperation from Nigeria has for months hampered efforts to put together a regional taskforce against Boko Haram. Chad was compelled to take unilateral action in January, under a deal that allows it to pursue terrorists into Nigeria, after Boko Haram violence started to choke off imports to its economy. But for a country proud to be a major African power, it would be an embarrassment to President Goodluck Jonathan as he seeks reelection for a smaller nation to tackle Nigeria’s security problems, diplomats say.”

“Chad has been ready to press deep into territory controlled by the Islamist group but Nigeria refused to let them. We turned back because Nigeria did not authorise us to go any further,” army spokesman Colonel Azem Bermandoa said. Nigeria has for months hampered efforts to put together a regional taskforce against Boko Haram. End quote
Of course, Nigeria’s military spokesperson, General Chris Olukolade, has come out on Wednesday to deny the Chadian claims of Nigeria stalling Chadian aggression against the terrorists. Olukolade claimed that instead his people have been trying their best to dislodge boko haram for the last few months.
I guess NIgerians can decide for themselves whether the Nigerian govt is indeed serious about getting rid of Boko Haram or whether the Jonathan goverment is simply using the Boko-Haram as an excuse to further loot the treasuries of Nigeria and put a wedge between the North and South for political reasons.
